May I ask, are the hydrocarbons located at the bottom or the top of the main cooling oxygen side?
It mainly accumulates at the bottom of the main cooler; the liquid oxygen discharge pipe shown in the process flow diagram leads from the bottom of the main cooler, and our process requirement is that the liquid oxygen discharge amount be 1% per shift.
Normally, hydrocarbons are dissolved in liquid oxygen, so it doesn’t matter which row they are placed in; however, since the level of liquid oxygen varies, it is more appropriate to install the discharge point at the bottom.
