Does any friend have information on the advantages and disadvantages of single-stage double-suction pumps, a comparison of domestic manufacturers, or market analysis regarding their competitiveness? I’d like to learn more about the domestic market. Thank you :)
This really can’t be compared; pumps from different manufacturers perform differently under various operating conditions
It depends on the medium and pressure you are using. In China, the well-known manufacturers in the field of single-stage double-suction pumps, or pumps commonly used in the centrifugal pump industry, include the following: Chemical process pumps: Dalian Shenlan, Sulzer; Special wear-resistant pumps: 525, Aerospace 11th Research Institute; Ordinary clean water pumps: Foshan Water Pumps, Kaiquan, etc.; For the nuclear industry: Chongqing Water Pumps, Shenyang Gas Turbine Group, etc
Currently, the well-known pump brands seem to be Dalian Deep Blue, Sulzer, and Calrit; as for reciprocating pumps, the notable ones are Shanghai Dalong, Wujiang Dalong, and Wenzhou Gunai
The advantage of single-stage double-suction pumps is that the axial force is well balanced, with low axial force
The single-stage double-suction pumps used in our company are mainly supplied by two manufacturers: Shanghai Kaiquan and Changsha Water Pumps. There are several models available with a rated flow rate ranging from 250 to 2500. So far, we haven’t encountered any issues with them – they operate stably
