For the high-pressure ash water heaters used in coal water slurry gasification, high-pressure ash water tends to form scale; the pressure is 7.8 Mpa. How should the appropriate model be selected during the design of the heat exchanger in order to reduce scaling in the water system? I hope everyone can offer valuable suggestions.

It can be designed as a fixed tube sheet or U-type heat exchanger, with high-pressure gray water flowing through the tube side.
High-pressure water can be used, or a corrosion inhibitor can be added; if corrosion and scaling are severe, the tube bundle can simply be replaced.
The approach is different from the conventional one; it doesn’t seem to stem from traditional craftsmanship?
