Regarding the selection of reinforcement rings, is it necessary to comply with standard 4736? I noticed that the reinforcement rings generated automatically in SW6 are roughly the same size as those specified in 4736; however, it’s also possible to enter a slightly smaller size, and SW6 doesn’t show any error messages in such cases

It is necessary to comply with standards. 4736~SW6 is a strength calculation software that does not rely on any specific standards; if a 23mm thick sheet meets the requirements, why would one need to purchase a 23mm thick sheet? Of course, one would choose a 24mm thick sheet – that’s the logic behind it
