I forgot to do what the leader assigned to me. It’s not really my concern anyway. I need to pay attention to it. Arranging to adjust the flow rate of the sealing air for the unit is a rather important task; it was originally supposed to be handled by the team, but when noon came, they called me and said they hadn’t done it yet, asking me when I wanted them to do it. I’m angry. Weren’t you supposed to do it? Now you’re shifting the blame onto me. I didn’t feel comfortable saying directly, \"Why didn’t you do it?\", so in the end I said I’d take them and do it this afternoon
If you get everything done perfectly, doesn’t that mean you’re even better than your boss? How can your leader assign you tasks then? How can they have any reason to scold you and vent their anger when they’re in a bad mood? So, you’re not wrong.
Think about such things on your own. What if your boss is one of those experienced users here, and he sees your complaints? Be careful – you might end up being called to his bedroom for a talk in the middle of the night;P
Control in three phases: before, during, and after. Before: ‘The leader gives instructions.’ During: ‘You need to pay attention.’ After: ‘You need to submit a report.’ – This time it wasn’t done well; try harder next time! PS: Your statement, ‘I’ll take them and do it this afternoon,’ shows that you deserve the trust of leaders – you will become a great leader too!
Thank you, but it feels like I’m always the one having to clean up others’ messes and take the blame.
Make sure to implement it properly, so as to avoid the boss getting angry:P
It won’t. Communicating is still pretty good. Haha
