In China, apart from Shenhua Ningmei, no other company is known to have MTP production facilities.
The 300,000-ton MTP plant at Huabin Chemical in Dongying, Shandong has been in operation for over half a year now; the Lu Shenfa plant seems to have also started production, and it appears that there are a few more plants under construction.
