I now want to change the smoke exhaust pipes of the crude oil generator to be arranged vertically, directing the smoke into the atmosphere along a 150° sector of the helipad (roughly at 0.86D), with the height not exceeding 2000 mm above the helipad. The exhaust pipes will discharge smoke intermittently: smoke emission will stop during helicopter takeoffs and landings, and only occur when there are no helicopter operations. Is such an arrangement feasible? Third parties say they are not sure either and suggest consulting the civil aviation authority. Is it really necessary to consult the civil aviation authority in this case? Regarding that part related to him, it seems that the Civil Aviation Administration is only responsible for inspection, not for reviewing the drawings? What should I do in such a situation? Please give some advice.

On a helipad, can there be something 2 meters tall? Used for smoke extraction when there are no helicopter landings or takeoffs ； When that helicopter is parked there, do you also emit smoke?
