Both Dalian Deep Blue and Sulzer can do it; this is relatively simple
I remember the original poster seemed to have asked this question before. We specialize in metering pumps; let’s discuss a solution for using metering pumps in this application. At 245 degrees Celsius, diaphragm metering pumps cannot be used directly; remote pump heads can be used, but their structure is relatively complex. Plunger pumps can be used, but several issues need to be addressed: 1. The sealing problem of check valves – soft seals are hardly suitable; hard seals must be used instead. 2. The filler can withstand high temperatures and has good lubricating properties, as water at such high temperatures has extremely low viscosity and thus provides little lubrication. 3. High temperatures are transmitted to the drive end, affecting the gear oil and seals there; therefore, certain heat insulation measures need to be taken. As a circulation pump, centrifugal pumps are the most ideal choice, as they are lift pumps that require only a small amount of power. Using a single-plunger pump is not cost-effective in terms of power consumption; for this application, a 3Kw motor is required. If a double-plunger pump is used, the forces exerted by the plungers on both sides can cancel each other out, allowing for the use of a motor with lower power capacity. For high-temperature circulation pumps, I have seen jacketed isolated magnetic pumps on site; I won’t mention the brand as there are doubts regarding its advertisements, and their price is quite high. For this parameter, a centrifugal pump is selected, resulting in a relatively low flow rate; You can only choose a plunger pump designed for high temperatures; if you need one, I can help you get in touch with the manufacturer
