Design of shell and tube heat exchangers

I would like to ask that after the specifications for the shell-and-tube heat exchanger are determined, our company’s equipment team is unable to proceed with the calculations due to an excessive temperature difference between the hot and cold fluid streams. Currently, the maximum temperature difference between the hot and cold fluids is 180°C. I would like to know how such a shell-and-tube heat exchanger should be designed. ?
For the connection between the outer tube and the inner tube, with one end fixed and the other end using a stuffing box structure, there is no need to consider temperature differences.
I would like to ask: are there any requirements regarding the properties of the material and pressure for this type of packing seal? Are there any drawings or website addresses I can refer to?
