After graduating and joining this company, I had two mentors. My first mentor was the team leader of my crew at that time; he had over 20 years of experience in the field of catalysis and came from Hohhot Refinery. When it comes to Hohhot, I always think that the people there are really good drinkers. As for me, I’m a true native of Heilongjiang, from the Northeast. I’m an exception when it comes to drinking. I still remember the first time we had a meal; I said to my master, \"I would like to offer you a drink\" (two and a half ounces of liquor). I don’t know where I found the courage, but I drank it. \"You go ahead,\" I said, speaking from the bottom of my heart. My master said, \"If you do it, then I’ll do it too,\" but in the end... there was no result. We both didn’t come to work the next day. Another time, I went to SZ for a day’s visit. On my way back, I thought about what to buy for my master In the South, people like to drink tea; my master also likes tea, and I make tea for him every day when I go to work. I visited a tea shop, talked with the owner, and tasted some teas (to be honest, I didn’t know much about tea before; now I can appreciate it, hehe). I just listened to him explain things to me. After all that talking, I said let’s buy some of this tea; it costs 1000 per jin, so I bought four liang. I went back to see my master; I brought him tea, and he was so happy. It was only later that I realized the tea I bought was far from worth that price and not as good as I had imagined. But I understood that between a master and his apprentice, it’s not about how expensive the gifts are, but rather the depth of their friendship. Now the master is no longer in the department; he has gone to the command center. And I also left the 1.2 million catalytic unit and went to a new catalytic device. Here, I wish my master a happy life, smooth work, and fulfillment. To be honest, whether it’s a master or an instructor around me, as long as the bond between us is strong, then whether it’s wine or tea, it makes no difference. The masters are willing to share all the knowledge they have learned. Here, there are the winners of technical competitions from the former Sinopec system, as well as those from a refinery belonging to CNPC. There are recluses who have been involved in catalysis for over 20 years, as well as veterans from Hai Chuan’s advisory team; they are all my mentors. Thank you for teaching me so much knowledge; thank you all! If your insight is very, very long, please participate in the event to win a grand prize! ! ! !
