What material is used for the urine spray gun in melamine reactors?

In the low-pressure gas-phase melamine process, the urine spray gun used in the reactor suffers damage to its nozzle after being constantly exposed to a mixture of urea solution at 140°C and atomized ammonia at 160°C during operation; this results in poor atomization of the urea solution, thereby affecting the reaction process. Does anyone have any good suggestions? What material should the nozzle be made of to avoid being damaged by erosion?
Single fluid or dual fluid? We used FM spray guns and Hastelloy nozzles before.
A two-fluid mixture, primarily consisting of liquid molten urea, with a small amount of high-temperature gaseous ammonia. Could you provide more details?
