The urea hydrolysis system is designed to recover trace amounts of urea from the ammonia solution tank. What are the types of hydrolysis devices available? What is the effect of its use (urea content in the waste liquid, fate of the waste liquid)?
The original purpose of the hydrolysis system was environmental protection and the recovery of the useful component urea; now, recovering water resources is also very important. In some locations where urea plants are situated, the price of raw water reaches 5.8 yuan per ton. The plant managers attach great importance to deep hydrolysis, saying, “It is essential to operate the deep hydrolysis unit properly; after slight treatment in the second desorption tower and the mixed bed, the water can be sent to the high-pressure boiler. We shouldn’t feed ground wheat to pigs.” This analogy is very apt.
After treatment, urea ammonia content is undetectable. Supplying make-up water for the urea cycle system!
The urea and ammonia content levels are unstable; send to the circulation tank
It will cause the ammonia nitrogen and COD levels in the circulating water to exceed the limits, thereby facilitating the growth of microorganisms.
Our company has hydrolysis and resolution systems to treat ammonia water to levels of just a few ppm
Under normal conditions, dilute ammonia water that has undergone hydrolytic treatment has ammonia and urea levels of less than 5PPM; it can be sent directly to the demineralized water mixed bed for simple treatment before being used as boiler feed water. Some manufacturers also supply them directly for use in boiler deoxidation tanks.
