What grade of steel should be used for outdoor steel structural materials in an environment with a temperature of -30 degrees?

It is recommended to use Q345E from the category of low-alloy high-strength structural steels as specified in GB/T 1591
GBT_700-2006_Carbon structural steel
Low P, low S steel, low C, alloy steel is acceptable
Use Q235ABCD for the pipe supports
