What are the reasons for high vibration in shielded pumps?

Bearing wear; pump casing in contact with impeller (inducer wheel); loose set screws； Cavitation occurs ； The traffic is either too high or too low ； Wrong direction ； Resonance with the piping system ； The rotating parts are out of dynamic balance.
You can just look at the instructions, usually. The reasons are quite comprehensive.
What was said on the second floor is quite correct and comprehensive; here are a few additional points: 1. Cracking or wear of the stator/rotor shielding sleeves, 2. Rotor sweeping, 3. Shaft bending, 4. Looseness of the impeller or inducer cover, 5. Blockage in the circulation pipes, resulting in poor circulation of the circulating fluid, etc
