Has anyone used Xinhua’s XDC800 system? Something strange has happened! ! ! Please help everyone take a look

This morning, I cleaned the dust from the system’s hardware using a vacuum cleaner. When I was halfway through the cleaning process, I turned the power on to check if there were any issues, but I found that both XCU units were in their initialization state. Attempting to install programs on them didn’t help either; the indicator lights worked perfectly fine. I hope everyone can think of a solution – thank you
Xinhua has become a bit less popular; it’s been a long time since I’ve seen any posts about the Xinhua system on forums.

In this case, why not just contact Xinhua’s technical support directly? What are you here on the forum for? Strange: L
;P In China, some clients are really unscrupulous – once the installation is up and running, they refuse to pay the DCS manufacturer in full, and as a result those manufacturers end up on a blacklist.
