Don’t they have an emergency plan? It caused deaths on the 17th and over 400 injuries. Even with anesthetic effects, tension can occur. Does the hospital have emergency response plans for major explosion incidents that might occur in the area? Blood banks, anesthetics, beds, medical staff, and so on.

Because I’ve been nervous, ah. Even without accidents, various medical resources are already strained, making it difficult to prepare in advance. Only in times of great disaster do people care about where the blood comes from, the shortage of beds and medicines, and the lack of medical staff.
