φ108×76×76, is there such a tee?

As the title suggests, the main pipe is φ108, and it splits into two branch pipes of 76 diameter. I couldn’t find any tees of this type online; is such a model not available?
Only 108×108×76 is available; there is no 76×76×108 version. A 76 triple union joint together with a 108×76 reducer will suffice
It can be a equal-diameter tee or a reduced/dilated tee combined with an elbow
So, by connecting two 108×76 reducers to an equal-diameter tee of 108×108×108, a tee of 76×76×108 can also be created. And name it: 76×76×108 non-standard reduced-diameter tee? :lol
If the temperature, pressure, properties of the medium, etc. are suitable, open welding can be performed directly.
Just find a tee and weld a reducer by yourself!
