Classification of major petrochemical product categories

I have just started working in the petrochemical industry. Could someone provide a systematic overview of the categories of petroleum breakdown, such as products ranging from carbon 1 and carbon 2 up to various other carbon levels?
I believe they are divided into two main categories: heavy oil and light oil. In terms of processing methods, heavy oil processing includes processes such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, and coking, while light oil processing involves techniques such as hydrogenation, steam cracking, and MTBE production. This is just my opinion; please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong
