No, the outer diameters of the gaskets are different
First, it’s necessary to determine what type of flange sealing surface and what kind of gasket to use. Here, it is assumed that a standard RF surface is being used. Gaskets rated for PN25 DN600 can be used with RF surface flanges of PN16 DN600. The outer diameter of the sealing surfaces of these two types differs by only 5 mm: 725 for PN16 and 720 for PN25. The center distance is the same in both cases, at 770 mm. The difference lies in the bolt hole sizes, which are 33 mm and 39 mm respectively; however, this does not affect functionality
