What are the consequences of thermal deformation of the partition wall in the return material conveyor of a circulating fluidized bed boiler?
It can cause the refractory materials in the return conveyor to fall off, leading to accidents such as blockages in the return conveyor
It can easily cause abnormal backflow and reduce the efficiency of the separator
The partition section of the return material device allows the loose-side material to enter the return-side channel; if it deforms, the flow area decreases, which prevents the material from the loose side from entering the return side properly. This can lead to blockage of the return valve (with the ash level in the vertical pipe rising rapidly and blocking the separator’s nozzle), thereby interrupting the circulation of ash.
