Are eyewash stations required in diesel and gasoline tank areas and loading platforms?

This is a diesel tank here, and an eye washer has been installed

A loading platform is necessary, as both of these substances possess certain levels of toxicity and irritancy; in accordance with the safety and hygiene design standards for chemical enterprises, such a platform must be provided
Regarding this issue, our company has installed one; during the recent inspection by the safety supervision team, they pointed out that an additional eye washer is needed

Eyewash stations need to be installed in both the tank area and the loading platform, and the number of eyewash stations at the loading platform is even greater than that in other areas of the chemical plant
Is this requirement only applicable to the loading stations for gasoline and diesel? Could you post the text?
In areas where there is a serious risk of liquid toxicity, as well as in places with the risk of chemical burns, eye wash stations and face wash stations need to be installed; I haven’t heard that they are necessary in other locations – that’s just my personal opinion.
