Selection of flow meters for vacuum material transfer pipelines

There is currently feed to the distillation tower, which operates under high vacuum; previously, workers would directly open valves to draw material from the transfer tank using the vacuum in the tower. Feeding will now be carried out using a control valve + flow meter. Is it possible to install a flow meter directly in the pipeline for flow monitoring, without using a pump? I hope all experts will be kind enough to share their insights!
Material is drawn in using a vacuum method, with a maximum pressure difference of 1 kilogram. After installing the flow meter, pay attention to the pressure difference requirements specified for it!
