Additionally, for welding dissimilar steels such as Q345R and S30408, the previous notation was SMAW-II/IV-1G-12-F3J; it has now changed to SMAW-FeII/FeIV-1G-12-Fe3J. Or should SMAW-FeIV-1G-12-Fef4J be used directly?

Composite plate welding actually involves base layer welding and overlay welding, requiring a minimum of 2 distinct welding processes ; For example, manual welding at the grassroots level, flat welding ; It is SMAW-FeII-1G(K)-12-Fef3j; composite layer welding, flat welding ; It might be SMAW(N6)-FeII-1G-Fef4;
Many manufacturing plants in the north refer to stainless steel collectively as \"white steel,\" while carbon steel and low-alloy steel are collectively called \"carbon steel.\"
Composite plate welding refers to the welding qualifications for butt welding + surfacing welding; both qualifications for welding dissimilar steels should be listed
For the welding of composite plates, select the base metal welding procedure code plus the surfacing welding procedure code; for welding of dissimilar steels such as Q345R and S30408, SMAW-FeIV-1G-12-Fef4J is sufficient
