The leader believes this will help employees understand the project progress more quickly ; The employees think it has nothing to do with them; why go there when they could spend their time learning *knowledge instead? So should new employees actively participate in meetings? Pro: One should participate actively to understand the project details as soon as possible. Opposition: One should not participate; it’s better to spend time learning on one’s own*.
It’s worth giving it a listen to learn about the project.
You must attend; as a member of the company, it’s not good to not know what the company is doing all day long. PS: Who said you can’t learn *knowledge by attending meetings?
The project has nothing to do with me, or I don’t know anything about it at all; even if I went there, I wouldn’t know what’s being talked about~~
The project meetings will mainly be attended by people related to the project. The attendees will be those involved in the project along with a few newcomers; it doesn’t really relate to them at all. What to do?? The main problem is that they can’t understand anything that’s said~~
It’s obviously one-sided. The reason for not going is that it has nothing to do with oneself, which is too far-fetched and doesn’t hold up at all :P Even if it has absolutely nothing to do with one’s own interests, it’s still a good thing for newcomers to go there and experience the atmosphere
So, what do you think will be the future work for those newcomers, and is it related to projects? PS: You can ask if you don’t understand
This is probably the fastest way to get started; it allows one to access the most advanced information, as well as the key points and essential aspects of a project. Self-study – but what exactly should one learn? It’s like trying to understand an elephant by touching only its parts
If you don’t understand it the first time, you can ask questions and prepare for it; if you still don’t understand it every time, it proves that you’re not suited for this job
The content of such meetings is surely related to technical public relations. As a newcomer who still doesn’t even know the overall overview of the project, engaging in public relations work is just a waste of time, isn’t it?
No results will be visible in a short period of time, but they will become apparent after a longer delay.
