【Experience】Dust or static electricity can affect vacuum gauges and solenoid valves. There was a device for which, due to the lack of static electricity grounding, static electricity accumulated over time; it could be felt by touch. This caused the solenoid valve to fail to open or close, and the vacuum gauge to fail to return to zero. Dust might also have played a role in this issue. After cleaning the dust and grounding the enclosure, the solenoid valve operated properly again and the vacuum gauge returned to zero. I think this is likely the cause; in any case, it was ruled out as a possible factor when the fault occurred. Sharing it with everyone also makes it easier for me to find the experience I’ve accumulated when searching on my own platform.
I’m not an expert in electrical instruments, so this is just a superficial understanding on my part; anyway, the problem has been solved.
