What is the production status of the six coal-based ethylene glycol projects: Inner Mongolia Cornell, Guizhou Qianxi Coal Chemical, Yangmei Shenzhou Fertilizer, Anhui Huaihua, Boyuan Sunit Alkali Industry, and Jutai Energy?
Cornell has restarted the project; the Jiutai project’s construction has been put on hold, and progress on other projects is very slow
