Signed for and on behalf of: How should this be translated – as an organization or an individual? (place and date of issue): (Location and date of issuance) (name, function) (signature): (Name, position) (Signature)
It should be the name of the organization, which is commonly used in contracts
I think what was said on the second floor is correct; it should represent a company or some organizational entity.

Hehe, there are restrictions in the company – others have already given their evaluations, and I’m afraid giving another evaluation might be seen as redundant
