I used proii to simulate a heat transfer oil heater, choosing the T55 composition, but it couldn’t run – was the equation of state chosen incorrectly?
The hints are as follows: 2 error(s), 0 warning(s), and 0 message(s) detected: *** error *** The critical volume is missing for some components that require it. *** error *** The critical compressibility is missing for some components that require it.
Just count them and fill them in, right? If there really is no such value, just make one up; since heat transfer oil does not vaporize under your operating conditions, these two values should not cause any problems for you. Give it a try. For reference only.
