Now it is generally accepted that if you didn’t hit anyone, then why would you try to help them? This is used as evidence of whether an accident occurred or not; instead of the person making the claim having to provide proof, it is the person being accused who has to find evidence to prove their innocence. I am a family member of the elderly person. Moreover, she went out of her way to take the elderly person to the hospital, which shows that she has a kind heart – many people probably would have run away in such a situation.
Saving lives is what matters; don’t worry about these trivial and meaningless arguments first.

You were the one who caused the accident; let’s fairly divide up the responsibilities and those who are at fault should compensate.
