The CO analyzer shows a negative value

Our company has a Siemens CO analyzer, model U6F. Some time ago, it was sent back to the manufacturer for replacement due to a problem with the chopper circuit; however, after it was brought back and put into use, its analysis results kept showing negative values. I was wondering if any expert could explain what might be the cause of this issue
Be clear – is it a small amount or a large amount? Is the standard gas not pure?
Find the manual and take a look. . Is zero and range calibration necessary?

Has calibration been done? The calibration is normal, but it remains negative after being put into use – or is it impossible to complete the calibration at all?
It would be best to provide the selection data sheet from that time, along with the list of standard gases, so as to enable a more straightforward analysis
If calibration isn’t possible and the light pool isn’t dirty, then repair is the only option
