The high-pressure heat exchangers manufactured by the company have difficulty in core extraction during maintenance, so a shell extraction mechanism has been designed. Which heat exchangers can have their shells removed, and what considerations are necessary for their design, construction, production, and maintenance?
Flange connection between the tube side and the shell side will do; this way, the tube side can be removed for maintenance.

A heat exchanger that can be disassembled for maintenance can generally have its shell removed as well; in such cases, the internal tube bundle of the heat exchanger is usually supported by both fixed and rolling supports~~
