Is it heat calculation or structural design? What are the materials, and are their compositions complex?
I need to dry household waste before carrying out pyrolysis and gasification. I would like to calculate the energy required as well as the volume of air needed. Assuming a rate of 10 tons per hour, and that the moisture content is reduced from 50% to below 30%, I need to know the amount of heat required, the inlet air temperature, the outlet air temperature, the temperature increase of the material, and the amount of air that needs to be used
