How should the condensate from the first separator be handled?
I’m not sure what ammonia is used for – could you explain in more detail?
After collection, it is pumped back to the vaporization scrubber using a medium-pressure condensate pump.
Could there be an accumulation of ammonia nitrogen?
It is collected in the high-temperature condensate tank and then pumped back to the scrubber tower and the outlet of the synthesizer in the vaporizer
Could you specify? Issues such as whether flash evaporation and ammonia nitrogen treatment are required.

As for the composition of substances in this process, it depends on whether it is powder coal gasification or coal slurry gasification that is used; in the case of coal slurry gasification, the mixture is sent to another separator before being pumped into the gasification carbon scrubber. Under normal conditions, there is hardly any condensate. However, if the operation of the vaporization furnace is not proper – such as issues with the water-to-carbon ratio, slag discharge, or poor control of the quality of the ash water – this can lead to an increased amount of water carried along
