Problems encountered during the start-up of dry hydrogen production!

Dear sea friends, when the hydrogen production unit is started up for the first time, there is no external hydrogen source available. Please suggest several common methods for supplying hydrogen, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each method!
A more convenient method is to buy gas cylinders and ammonia solution. Previously, for the company’s 5,000 cubic meter unit, hydrogen cylinders were purchased; there is a process for filling it with ammonia, but it has not been used.
May I ask if 5,000 cubic meters of hydrogen per hour is the required flow rate for your facility?
For the first operation of our hydrogen production unit, the hydrogen source was purchased hydrogen cylinders, which were fed in at the inlet of the compressor; the hydrogen content in the system was analyzed during hydrogen preparation； In the future, liquid ammonia will be injected for operation; the injection point is at the inlet of the converter, and the temperature needs to be raised to 500°C, where the liquid ammonia decomposes into hydrogen and nitrogen.
For the first start-up of our plant, liquid ammonia was used; less than one tank truck’s worth was consumed, with plenty remaining for hydrogenation. It’s sufficient for reduction and presulfurization.
