There are various methods for treating sulfur-containing exhaust gases, which can be divided into two main categories: methods that involve installing devices before the incinerator to treat H2S, such as the complexed iron process, direct oxidation process, and ultra-purification process; Treatment facilities are added after the incinerator and before the flue gas enters the chimney, primarily to treat SO2, such as the Consox process and flue gas alkaline scrubbing processes. Personally, I believe devices for treating SO2 provide a better guarantee of meeting emission standards, by shielding against fluctuations in upstream operations as well as leaks and short circuits in the exhaust system valves.
