Is the cleaning of the pipelines for equipment such as pumps in the new unit done through outlet drain cleaning? It is still better to remove it at the flange connection at the pump outlet and flush the throttle pipe. Which option is good, or is there a better one? Thank you
The new system is used for water interconnection, to streamline the processes, test the equipment, and clean the pipelines； After the water circulation test is completed, wastewater is generally drained from the bottom of the tower, at the bottom of the heat exchange equipment, at the drain points of the control valves, and at the outlets of the pumps. Finally, the filter screens of the pumps are removed. If the pumps experience vacuum conditions during the water circulation test, the filter screens may need to be removed several times; it is important to ensure that all branch circuits are flushed thoroughly. First, the auxiliary lines of the heat exchangers and control valves are flushed for a while before proceeding to flush the control valves and heat exchange equipment.
