When using software to calculate forced thermal siphon effect, should the inlet pressure of the reboiler be determined by advancing the bottom of tower pressure to obtain the inlet pressure? When using HTRI for calculations, a pressure at the inlet is specified; in such cases, the vaporization rate calculated turns out to be insufficient, and it is then necessary to continuously adjust the inlet pressure But it’s hard to say that both the gasification rate and the required temperature will be met – is there anything to say on this? I would appreciate some guidance from an expert.
