I graduated 15 years ago with a degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology. I currently work with EVA emulsions, and I plan to obtain the Certified Chemical Engineer title in the future. I heard that one needs to have experience in chemical engineering design in order to be eligible for this exam – is that true? If I can take the exam, what preparations can I make now? If working at a chemical engineering design institute is not certain, one can consider taking the exams for water supply and drainage or environmental protection fields instead. There are more opportunities in the civilian sector, and it’s also easier to obtain the necessary licenses.
