The current operating conditions here are as follows: 90% acetic acid at 120°C is used to heat 90% acetic acid at 30°C to 70°C, with a flow rate of 1000 kg/h for each. Is that not a bit low? Dear all**, what parameters are still needed for the selection? Which type of heat exchanger is recommended?

If the area is small and the pressure is not high, a plate exchanger can be used
The corrosiveness of acetic acid also needs to be considered.

With a plate exchanger, the flow rate does decrease a bit, but there should be manufacturers that can supply it
Then it seems like you need a smaller quantity of goods; no one is happy to handle that
It is a bit small; if the quantity isn’t large, manufacturers generally aren’t willing to produce it
