In my work, I came across different opinions from various design firms regarding the selection of liquid chlorine cut-off valves; therefore, I conducted a survey to find out which type is used most often and which one is the mainstream choice. If you have different opinions, feel free to add them

It would be better to move this to the instrument panel; after all, cut-off valves are mostly selected by the instrumentation team.
Special valves for liquid chlorine in China often experience leaks at the valve stem; why don’t both sealing layers provide any sealing effect? 1. The bonding process between the bellows and the valve stem is poor, resulting in easy detachment. 2. The packing at the upper part is too thin; in some cases, manufacturers compress the packing tightly as soon as the valve leaves the factory, resulting in the inability to tighten it even after leakage occurs. It’s hard to put into words; it can’t be explained in just a few sentences.
We use ordinary ones, but they still work well; we’ve been using them for the past few years, generally replacing them every two years.

We use those lined with PTFE, and when selecting them we require a higher pressure rating.
