The chill of autumn arrives suddenly; unbeknownst to us, a cool breeze from afar blows in during the mornings and evenings. The Mid-Autumn Festival has passed; time passes by with each breath. The wide streets are filled with traffic and a bustling crowd. The busy world has accelerated the pace of life. A lost look tells people that it’s easy to be born and easy to live, but life is not easy. The friends around me are all busy and working hard; under the current circumstances, it might be more accurate to say they are struggling. Economic structural adjustment also entails a change in people’s lifestyles; the adjustment of wealth structures involves a change in mindset as well. When people have overly high expectations, they end up like the stock market – crushed by reality; their hearts are deeply wounded, and all they gain from their busy work is exhaustion and fatigue. There are no hints as to the proper way to live; the quality of life does not improve. The time that goes by unnoticed slips away while people are in a daze. Everyone experiences life differently, but confused looks, helpless choices, hurried steps, and a lonely heart are evident in people’s lives. Everything is rushed, too rushed. Life is like tea: too strong and it’s bitter, too weak and it’s tasteless. It is in the tasteless tea that the true essence, genuine meaning, and real fragrance of tea are hidden. A gentle heart creates a serene life and a wonderful existence. Blandness is a state of mind; indifference is an attitude. A tasteless heart can embrace everything, being as kind as water. A mind of non-action lets go of honor and disgrace, carrying things with virtue. Life is about experiencing things, and such experiences stem from the attitude of the heart. Attitude determines the orientation of life’s value; therefore, it is only in days of a pure heart that one can lead a simple and elegant life. Only then can one perceive a sense of nature, beauty, sincerity, and a life spent listening to the wind, basking in the rain, and enjoying the sunshine. The ups and downs of life are like a cup of tea: bitter like tea, yet fragrant as well. A humble name, modest profits, no strife, no taking. Life is but a dream; a cup of tea can ease worries!

Life is like tea: too strong and it’s bitter, too weak and it’s tasteless. It is in the tasteless tea that the true essence, genuine meaning, and real fragrance of tea are hidden. This sentence is great
It is precious to have such a mindset in a hurried society.
