Existing defects of the closed sampling device: 1. After gas-phase sampling, neither the pressure in the closed tank nor the amount of gas phase meets the requirements of the chromatograph, and there are also issues with the connection to the analyzer. In actual production, airbag sampling is basically used. 2. Some liquid phase samplers have the issue of insufficient sampling volume. 3. Thermal insulation and heating must meet the requirements for operation in northern winters.
Common heat tracing methods include steam heat tracing, water heat tracing, and electric heat tracing. It is already a mature technology. As for the sampling volume, it is designed based on the client’s requirements. For closed-system sampling, circulation takes place first followed by sampling, and the sampling volume can be adjusted by using containers of different capacities as needed.
