May I ask, can material 2507 withstand 1% dilute sulfuric acid at a temperature of @100 degrees? Additionally: besides Hac-276, what other materials can provide good corrosion resistance under these conditions? Thank you!
Is it a pipe? Valve? Heat exchanger? A reactor or something else? Only by explaining clearly can we help you.

Grade 2507 duplex stainless steel is resistant to acetic acid, but corrosion occurs when exposed to chloride ions; sulfuric acid, as you mentioned, should also cause corrosion. Grade 2507 has excellent heat resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 1000 degrees. Recommendation: Apply Teflon anti-corrosion coating to the material. Isolate the contact surface to prevent corrosion.
It is recommended that the operating temperature for all duplex steels not exceed 250°C, otherwise they may become brittle. Furthermore, 2507 is very suitable for the operator’s working conditions. There are also many other materials that can be used. Such as alloy 28, alloy 31, Zeron 100, and so on. I have specifically posted a very comprehensive post; please take a look.

For making the internal components of a pipe filter, the material is easy to find; using silicon carbide filters will do.
