Fertilizer compound plants’ dryers require bag filters – has anyone done this before?
I’ll consult the dust removal equipment manufacturers; my previous employer used them
Don’t add a cyclone dust collector; it’s not very effective. Adding a gravity sedimentation system should be sufficient, and it would be even better to add a bag filter as well
For the drum granulation process, it’s fine to use a washing unit or a bag filter in conjunction with a gravity sedimentation chamber. Gravity settlement must be provided.
The granulation process: a cyclone dust collector is combined with a gravity sedimentation chamber; subsequently, simple water spray nozzles are installed in the exhaust stack, and a recovery tank is built – this approach yields very good results.
The bag filter is severely clogged. Unreliable……
It should use a cyclone dust collector combined with a bag filter; clogging is related to the material selection as well as the backwashing design
I also want to know about this issue (bag filter dust removal) – are there any factories that use it?
