The greatest difficulty for a person is to understand themselves, and the easiest thing as well is to understand themselves. But many times we fail to recognize ourselves, simply because we put ourselves in the wrong position and create an illusion for ourselves.
That’s how people are often: they can see, but not change; they can talk about it, but not let go of it.
The easiest thing is also to know oneself??????
The image of yourself that you see in the mirror is different from the one that others see.
