Perhaps you have suffered various kinds of hurt in life, but these hurts can become nourishment for it, making you more resolute, stronger, and full of vitality, energy, and hope. It also turns harm into a warning, helping us to free ourselves from confusion in a timely manner.
Everyone who appears in your life has a profound karmic connection. Those who love you bring you joy; those you love teach you to give. Those you don’t like teach you tolerance and acceptance, while those who dislike you prompt you to reflect on yourself and grow. So, if you have been hurt, please thank those you think hurt you.
It’s fine when the hurt is mild, but it’s hard to let go when it’s severe. It’s easy to say, but difficult to do.
