Our company installs MVR centrifugal steam compressors, and the client requires a vertical deviation of ≤0.05/m and a horizontal deviation of ≤0.05/m； Coaxial deviation: ≤0.06/m ； Concentricity deviation: ≤0.04/m. What tools are needed and how to achieve alignment? Are there any regulatory requirements?
A dedicated table stand is fabricated, and a dial indicator is used for alignment and centering.
Three-table method for alignment. The installers will align it properly.
I have been involved in the alignment of steam turbines. As for the alignment of steam compressors, I suggest you find a professional instructor to guide you. Regarding the precision level of deviations, a dial indicator can be used to address them.
