The flip plates of a jacketed insulated magnetic flap level gauge will not turn during use – how to solve this problem?
The flip plate cannot be flipped: either the magnetic float is stuck or it has lost its magnetism.
It can’t be flipped; a magnet can be used instead.
The remote transmission part is good, with the signal changing continuously. It can detect changes in liquid level. But the flip board on site cannot be flipped. It cannot change with the liquid level. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that the jacket is too far away from the float. Is there a good solution? Thank you

If the remote transmission part is in good condition, then demagnetization of the magnet inside the float ball can be ruled out. So now on-site instructions are not effective; no matter what the manufacturer says, it is the manufacturer who provides this product. If that’s the case, it’s entirely possible to ask the manufacturer to resolve the issue or to switch to another manufacturer. If it’s a product that has been in use for a long time and you want to resolve the issue on your own, try replacing the panel displayed on-site.
