I sincerely ask the relevant shower experts: the methanol off-gas washing is carried out in two sequential stages, namely desalinated water washing and low-alcohol water washing. Where does the desalinated water come from?
The desalination water network is pressurized and fed in, or high-pressure boiler water is used directly
If it comes from the desalination water network, how should the desalination water pump be selected? What is the typical pressure in the piping network for desalination water pumps? I need desalinated water at 2.43 MPa; as someone outside this field, I really don’t know how to choose the right pump model
The desalinated water comes from the pipeline network; haven’t you determined the water volume? Inlet pressure, flow rate? To enter the tower, it is sufficient for the pressure to be 0.3 MPa higher than the operating pressure inside the tower. Different types of internals require different amounts of spray.
