Dear experts, how should a neutralization and sedimentation tank be designed? Our requirement is to treat wastewater containing 4 g/L of copper, with a treatment capacity of 3 t/d. Cuprous hydroxide precipitate is obtained by adding 30% alkaline solution, and cuprous hydroxide is intended to be collected. Could it be designed as a flocculation sedimentation tank? Could you provide the drawings? Thank you!

Prepare a vertebral tank with a capacity of 3–5 m3, equipped with stirring facilities; after sedimentation, the sediment is separated out, and the upper layer of solution is reused, with regular replenishment and replacement.
